Sorrento Peninsula Festival 2014

On August 15th 2014 is begun the Sorrento Peninsula Festival, music season part of the Summertime 2014 placard.

Up to August 31st 2014, in the enchanting location of Villa Fondi, with the splendid panorama on the Gulf of Naples as background, there will be a continual succession of interesting concerts.

The musical evenings will have free entrance beginning from 9.00 p.m., with the exception of the inaugural concert at dawn on August 15th 2014.

The placard will be various: it will be opened by the concert of Francesca Maresca, it will continue with the swing of the singer Alessandro Tozza, with a homage to Astor Piazzolla and with the Mediterranean sonorities of the guitars of Antonio Onorato.
On August 30th Joe Amoruso will perform in "Paintings of Music" while to close the music season there will be the PVM Trio with the sound of the hard-bop and be-bop.

On August 27th 2014. Alessandro Tozza and his band with Umberto Spiniello (battery), Max Albano (plain hamond) and Gabriele Stotuti (trumpet).

On August 28th 2014. "Mas Que Tango" homage to Astor Piazzolla by Francesca Maresca, with Alfred Martino (accordion), Catello Cannavale (plain), Gianfranco Coppola (double bass) and Franco Gregorio (battery).

On August 29th 2014. Antonio Onorato in concert.

On August 30th 2014. "Paintings of music" concert of the pianist Joe Amoruso.

On August 31st 2014. PVM Trio, composed by Fabio Visecchi (plain), Cesare Pizzetti (double bass) and Matteo "Mammolo" Mammoliti (battery).
