When you are in holidays in Sorrento don't miss the occasion to attend at this special event that will let you discover trought the folkloristic dance of Tarantella the heritage of the Sorrento cultural traditions.

The Sorrento Musical Show is an event of duration of 75 minutes that tell about the daily life of the neapolitan people of a time, in a different 4 times.

In the first episode the protagonist is the sea: scenary of the Gulf of Naples the sorrento's fisherman where the daily work, the songs and dances try to make enjoyable.

In the second episode the protagonist is the market, the joyness and the chats of the daily life  that shows the courtship and contentious stories of love to the rhythm of Tarantella.

In the third part, at sunset, tells to love through exclusive and breathtaking panoramas and through the songs written in Sorrento earth since the days of the Grand Tour.

The musical representation close with festival. In the background the square illluminated is the backdrop to the popular tradition of the feast, at which time the artists in the shoes of the groves of the past greet viewers hoping to face another day filled with love and work.

The show takes place inside the Cinema Teatro Tasso, set in the Convent of the Teatini now the Town Hall Square in St. Anthony, about 1 minute from the Palazzo Guardati.

From April 1 to October 31, 2013, the appointment is every night at 19.30.

It is also possible to book the dinner show: at 19.45 is expected, the aromas and flavors of Sorrento, to be followed by a dinner, at 21.00 the representation of the Sorrento Musical Show.
