A night for Caruso

Even for the 2014 edition Sorrento gets ready for the international event A Night for Caruso.

The award dedicated to the tenor Enrico Caruso, the first who brings the Neapolitan music in the world, on Tuesday July 1st 2014 will be awarded to an italian artist, who distinguished himself for his contribution to the propagation of Italian art. For the 2014 edition the prize will be given to Fiorella Mannoia.

The events will be located in the enchanting  Marina Grande of Sorrento, typical fishing village where dancers and singers will perform in an impressive show.

The show will be presented by Paola Saluzzi with the help of Flavio Montrucchio. The guests will be various and interesting: Anna Oxa, Bianca Guaccero, Nathalie, Tosca, Ron, Sal Da Vinci, Peppino Di Capri, Edoardo Vianello ed il rapper Frankie Hi Nrg.

The tickets for the show can be taken out at the Sorrento City Hall on June 27th from 10.00 a.m. till 1 p.m..

The evening performance recorded on July 1st will be broadcasted on Rai 1 on July 19th at 9.15 p.m..
