Massimo Gorkij in Sorrento

Sorrento, Moscow and St. Petersburg are celebrating their centuries-old connection with an interesting appointment.
For a whole month , from 28th September to 27th October 2013, Sorrento will host the event "Maximum Gorkij in the russian cultural route in the context of European cultural itineraries 2013", an initiative that will develop in three main stages.
Saturday, September 28th to 17th will be inaugurated at the Correale Museum , the exhibition of watercolors dedicated to " Maximum Gorky in the illustrations of Russian artists " thanks to Straganoff Academy in Moscow that will remain on display for almost everything. Twenty-four works by Boris Dehterev , Sergei Gonkov , Bill Alexander , the great masters and their students Valerie Chemnitz, Olga and Jana Zheltkova Gorshkov.
Sunday at 18.45 in the council chamber of the town of Sorrento, there will be a concert by the mezzo-soprano Juliana Razumnaia from Moscow, accompanied by Paul Scibilia, will play Russian composers: Glinka Tchaikovsky , Rachmaninoff, Rimsky -Korsakov .
