My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the Palazzo Guardati in May and we absolutely loved this hotel. Since it's a new hotel, it is more like an American boutique hotel, complete with wireless internet access, flat-screen TV, marble bathroom and plush towels. It is in a perfect location, with a great rooftop bar/patio overlooking the bay and it's steps away from the main square, shopping and the port. All of fhe front desk staff spoke fluent english and they were extremely helpful (especially Pasquale). This was our 2nd trip to Sorrento and when we visit again, we will definitely stay at the Palazzo Guardati - highly recommended!

A few words just to say that you have a very nice hotel deserving the 4 star classification: nice building, well modernised although keeping its character, very central, spacious rooms and bathrooms both well equiped and with beautiful furniture. Staff kind and efficient. Cleaning very efficient. Minor faults: our room (301) had a strange although not strong smell due probably to restaurants around and as AC was off it was not possible to renovate the air. Shelf at breakfastroom with coffe, milk and tea pots very high even too high for a small person or a teenager. Why not use individual pots on the tables as in firts day? Nevertheless we will recommend your hotel.

Really fantastic holiday.
We love Sorrento, and our hotel is so nice. Breakfast time and his buffet was enjoi, with supervisor Salvatori, room was very clean at all the time, in the end we' ll come back soon......

On behalf of my wife and myself, I would just want to thank you very much for a wonderful stay at your hotel. We had a terrrific time. The staff is wonderful.
The staff at the reception desk, the dining room staff, the maid staff.. everybody was so nice and friendly to us and very helpful in making our staff a very memorable one.
